Strength: 7×1 clean high pull + 1 below the knee squat clean  WOD: 50 snatch 115/75 (every 2 minutes, and to start, you will complete 30 double unders) *extra work 3 rounds ME CTB pull-ups 

20 January WOD 

Strength: 7×1 split jerk WOD:  50-40-30-20-10 Box jumps Wallballs (If volume concerns you please do 25-20-15-10-5) *22 min cap *extra work 50 burpees to a 6″ target
